I love this game in the ESL classroom and so do my students!

How to play: Get one student to stand with their back against the white board, facing the rest of the class.
Write a word on the board that they can't see, but the rest of the class can.
The rest of the class must now give the student keywords/descriptions of what he is.
Start off easy, until the students get the hang of the game, then add in some more abstract words. You'll get some pretty funny descriptions!

Rules: The actual word can't be said.
Students can't spell the word.

Variations: You don't have to limit this game to just objects, you can make it categories as well. For example say your category is "Fruit" students then say fruits (apple, banana etc).
Limit the amount of descriptions the students get, if they can't guess within a certain amount of clues, then no points for their team!
